Service Rates

$110.00 per hour, 1 hour minimum - Standard hourly rate (Residential) If the computers are dropped off at Solve IT office, a flat rate discount will apply
$110.00 per hour, 1 hour minimum - Standard hourly rate (Businesses)
$145.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum - Emergency after hours hourly rate with no service agreement (Business and residential)

*Normal hours of standard services are 8:00AM- 5:00PM EST, Monday- Friday unless otherwise specified under service agreement

Service Agreement Plans:

The benefit of our service agreement plans is to be assured the following:

All critical issues will be responded to within 4 hours
All non-critical issues will be responded to within 24-48 hours if requested by the client
Onsite service billed in 1 hour increments, minimum of 1 hour
Phone support billed in 1/2 hour increments, minimum 1/2 hour
Remote access support billed in 1/2 hour increments, minimum 1 hour

Level 1 Service Agreement

$1,000 credit with Solve IT Solutions, LLC.
5% discount off of every service invoice

Level 2 Service Agreement

$2,000 credit with Solve IT Solutions, LLC.
10% discount off of every service invoice

Level 3 Service Agreement

$5,000 credit with Solve IT Solutions, LLC.
12% discount off of every service invoice

Level 4 Service Agreement

$10,000 credit with Solve IT Solutions, LLC.
15% discount off of every service invoice

Level 5 Service Agreement

$25,000 credit with Solve IT Solutions, LLC.
20% discount off of every service invoice

Payment Terms

Service agreements billed prior to services rendered under service agreement plan, discounts will apply
30 day payment terms with credit card on file
Non contract customers billed at time of service
